April Fools!

i totally got JR today (and Victor too!) while he was at work. this might not be funny to some of you and realistically speaking, it would not be funny if it actually happened, but i told him i had lost our beloved dog! he actually freaked out a little and i almost got him to leave work! so when i told him it was just a joke he was not very happy with me.

besides the prank, i actually got some things done today. usually on my days off, i like to be lazy, staying in my pj's for as long as i can and veg out, but i think the nice weather made me feel very productive. i finally finished a commissioned order: two soft glasses case, after three weeks.

first night: cutting out the pieces
second night: sewing them together
second week: staring at it
third week: finally getting it done

this is for my boss' husband (i had made one for her birthday and he really liked it, and decided he wanted two!)

i also made this little guy that i had sketched out last week...
