it's for my friend Lacey who is turning 21 on Thursday! she loves her cat Hibou (French for owl if you didn't know) and "Lady Baby" is our inside joke and so i thought this would be a perfect combination...and pillow (J definitely helped me out on the thought bubble idea). i used a really fluffy yellow fabric for the case and fleece and felt for the rest of the piece. the machine stitching part is not my best work (i'm not too good with the sewing machine), but i'm really proud of the finished product. what do you think?ps - good thing she doesn't know i have a blog...otherwise it would have totally given it away!
