yummy sugar cookies

i have been really wanting to use the rainbow sanding sugar i got from the Amish Market, so today, i searched the web for some easy and chewy sugar cookies. as always, i had to tweak the recipe a little cause i didn't have the right ingredients...unfortunately, i forgot to bookmark the recipe, so i can't share it with you, but i can show you how it turned out!

i had so much fun making this batch of cookies! the recipe that i used made almost four dozen, so i guess everyone at work will be getting a little goodie bag tomorrow.
