Summer is officially here!

since school is out, i've been having to help occupy big C. she's seven going on 16 and needs a lot of different things to do. we've been going on adventures for the past two weeks and here are some of my favorite pictures/activities...

soaking our feet into Town Run's (a stream that runs through She-town) refreshingly cold water on a hot summer day

floating our paper boats and trying to catch it on the other side of town
taking the kids down to the Potomac river access (where boats are able to be lowered into the river)...

...and just enjoying the beautiful view!
