3 cups of medium shells
1/2 cup of zesty Italian salad dressing
1/2 cup of diced cucumbers
about 1/4 cup of sun dried tomatoes
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan
it's pretty simple, you cook the pasta, dice up the cucumbers and tomatoes. mix all of the ingredients together and voila! a pasta salad is born!
...tonight for dinner, i decided i wanted more pasta! hence, this dish was born.

1/2 lbs of loose sausage
speghetti noodles
3 tablespoons of garlic and basil pesto (more or less depending on your taste)
salt and pepper
grated parmesan for garnish
cook the noodles and brown the sausage. drain. i then mixed all of the ingredients over low heat and added salt and pepper to taste.
other than the noodles being a little dry (mistake on my part...i forgot the noodle to the wall test), it was quite delish. try it and let me know what you think!

was this morningstar sausage or real sausage...i didnt get to try the fakey stuff cuz I was sicky with the boozey
i think the nola past salad has some mayo in it...not sure on that but I think it might...we well just have to get some more and study it before we eats it!
it was REAL sausage this time. i can't wait to go back to that place! we will definitely have to dissect the salad and play the guessing game. Cafe Nola 1/ Pang 0
