so a while back, i ordered some fabric tags from ETSY. months later, i changed my mind about what i wanted on the tags. instead of ordering more, i decided i wanted to design/make my own. i tried making my own stamps and using it on a ribbon, but that didn't work out...well, guess what did...

thanks to Laurraine's (Patchwork Pottery) helpful tutorial, i was finally able to make my own tags! i know it looks simple, but i actually spent a few nights working on the exact font and style...and i thought at the cuppycake would add a nice finish to it. i had to print it out in all sorts of different sizes to adjust the font size and to see if it would fit on the twill tape that i chose (luckily i had some left over from the stamping project). so i think the tweaking at the end was the most time consuming, after that, it was a breeze.

which brings me to this! i found it on sale at Target the other day. i thought the tags would be perfect in there since i ran out of the magnetic container i usually use.

how cute?!? i hope everyone has had a great day! happy fall!
