Let us recap...part 4

it seems like all we ever eat nowadays is breakfast. i know it's the most important meal of the day, but does it still count when we eat it around 1 p.m?

on the day of Christmas eve, yours truly whipped up some homemade biscuits and sausage gravy (the gravy part). i tried making a roux once before and failed, so this time, i was really skeptical and had a package of gravy on hand. it seemed like i was whisking for several hours before the milk actually started to thicken and looked like gravy.

but as you can see from the photo above, all ended well and breakfast was served. there you have it!
